Rossalla Ugolini

Rossella Ugolini is part of an important family with great flair and creativity: one of his grandfathers was an engineer to whom we owe the invention of the traffic lights while another was an artist of European fame.
Thus perpetuating this family tradition, Rossella  started as a young professional in fruitful collaborations with some of the biggest companies in the sector, such as Uno a Erre from Arezzo, Gianni Carità  from Naples and Zucchi design table clocks for Hermes and Les Heures Lavigne.
Since 2001 Rossella Ugolini dedicated herself to the  creation of jewels that are often unique pieces or limited productions. The quest for harmony between the metal surfaces that mix sandblasted and polished effects and precious and semi-precious is essential as a jewel must always be pleasant to wear.
The latest challenge for Rossella is to “recycle” forgotten jewels, old memories, sweet or bitter, taking them  back to life thanks to imagination. Inherited necklaces, cufflinks of a grandfather, a bracelet that for some reason we do not ant to wear anymore, are transformed into earrings, pendants….or whatever is desired. The result of the transformation is so radical that only the owner will remember it as it was originally.
Rossella Ugolini’s  creations, despite their extravagance, keep a classical and elegant allure, and are extremely feminine.
